To better serve you during this coronavirus pandemic, we have taken the following measures to help keep you and our staff safe.
- If you are sick with fever, cough or think you may have been exposed. Also if you have already been tested for the COVID 19. Please do not enter clinic. Call first at 919-245-3247 and we will give you instructions.
- We have partnered with Community Care of North Carolina and the NC Department of Health and Human Services to offer you a toll-free helpline to answer your COVID-19 questions and to help you find the care you need. Please call the special COVID-19 Triage Plus helpline first and the nurse will follow-up with us about your status.
- In addition to clinic visits, we will also begin offering Telehealth visits for sick, follow-up appointments, or medication refills. Please call the front desk to get more information or to schedule an appointment at 919-245-3247.
- For those who choose to schedule an in-clinic appointment, we kindly request that you limit guest. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment to encourage physical distancing and minimize exposure risk. However, the following patients may bring one parent/guardian/or caregiver:
- a minor under age 18;
- patients who have a healthcare decision maker;
- patients with a physical or mental limitation; or
- Senior patients who have or require a caregiver.
