What is MDVIP?
In 2025, Dr. Vines adopted the MDVIP Concierge practice style to enhance patient experience and have the opportunity to make each visit feel personal rather than a 5 minutes "quick visit". This style also eliminates long wait times and opens up avenues for preventative medicine rather than waiting on insurance approvals.
Once a year you will receive your Annual Wellness Visit (this is in addition to your annual physical) which is covered at 100% by your MDVIP fee. This visit is completed in 2 parts.
Part 1 - You will receive a body scan, EKG, Ankle Brachial Index, Spirometry test, Audiology test, Vision exam, and lab work that allows the doctor to build an internal picture and stretch it over several years so changes can be made to achieve the healthiest version of yourself. These tests are not covered by insurance until the problem has already made itself known which is why with MDVIP we can see it coming and work towards stopping it.
Part 2 - You will meet with Dr. Vines to discuss all of the results and work on your action plan and go over any questions you may have.
We accept all insurances outside of Medicaid.
